Our goal is to make your event a special night and to manage all of the details so that your guests enjoy a memorable experience. Groups at Helium experience the club in a special way that makes a perfect night of celebration for any event. Packages start at around $40 per guest for weekend events.

Our venue, located in the historic Redman Lodge Building is a unique entertainment space that combines relaxing space for socializing with an elegant night club layout. Lounges and showroom can be rented together or separately, creating superb locations for

State-of-the-Art Performance Theater for entertainment and professional
presentation. Excellent room for business association meeting, keynote
speech, political speech, industry awards. Tiered seating with banquettes,
cocktail tables and chairs. Classic night club atmosphere with unobstructed
sight lines to the stage from every seat in the room. Dance floor can be
rented for special occasions. Cocktail tables and chairs can be arranged to
suit the occasion. Room can be fitted banquet style or with large rounds.
Our building and venue is fully ADA Compliant, with elevator, ramps and
proper floor spacing throughout.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE
Helium offers full bar service of beer, wine or liquor, and can accommodate
requests for specialty items. Our kitchen serves a delicious menu of
starters, small plates and desserts. We also produce an array of appetizer
and full dinner buffet options, as well as continental breakfast choices.
We foster relationships with a number of the city’s top caterers, offering
menus that vary in style and price range.
Outside catering fees do apply. Seating and table configuration options are
available. Our inclusive venue rentals generally include: Room Fee, Lighting
and AV, Setup, Janitorial, Service Staff.
Our in-house menus can be customized to suit your group. We also produce
additional appetizer options for special events that can be served buffet
style, or passed by our staff of cocktail serves. We pride ourselves on
serving delicious, healthy food with menus designed for specific occasions.
Policies
Bookings are complete only with signed agreement and 30% deposit of group
package, which can be made by credit card over the phone. Final guest count
and itinerary is due 10 days prior to scheduled event. Final invoice is
based on confirmed guest count. Final payment is due by 5pm on the day
before your event.
